I'm just a 20 something girl trying to find a balance in a techy world full of stressful situations! Currently I'm finishing my Diploma of Holistic Healthcare Practices at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, from there I'll be finishing my Associates of Science. In this blog I'll hope to be able to educate my learnings in hopes that you'll be able to destress and enjoy the simple things in this beautiful life!

So how'd we come to the conclusion that the city life full of huslte bustle with a side of processed foods full of dyes and additives wasn't what we wanted for our family?

Well we started out like your typical silly young couple, after 3 years I became pregnant with our oldest at only 19. I knew very little and just did as our OB had told us. Your typical 'sheeple'. At 21 we got pregnant with our second, this time around I had began to dip my toes in the water, slowing buying organic fruits and veggies. Only because I thought it was the right thing to do-not because I knew of glysophate or the terrible side effects of pesticides. We had been living in a larger city in Washington at the time and just felt with this pregnancy we needed to be home in Montana. At 27 weeks my belly measured 30 weeks so as a precaution my midwife ordered an ultrasound. Our little boy has a very rare and very large tumor growing from his tailbone. Our baby boy was born at 33 weeks and post-surgery past away the following day. After that experiance, we knew in our hearts that we needed to live a life closer to nature and most importantly to God. Since then we have been striving to eat what was put here on this earth-unaltered! Since then we have also welcomed another little boy into this world. So this is my blog, chalk full of my many trials and errors along the way-enjoy!
